I have been on this site for months now and wrote a page if you would like to get to know me feel free to read it, just looking for some friends that I will have something in common with!
Hi Marie -- Welcome! This is a wonderful forum, so many great people with great things to share. I had surgery September 23rd. Started at 244 and am down to about 171. I'm 54 and 5'5". Not alot in common stat wise but we're on the same journey. Many days I feel I eat too much also. Evenings are difficult for me, I want to "graze." I have some difficulty with foods and still seem to dump too often.
You've done a great profile page. Hope you come back and share often.

Welcome!
I've noticed that sometimes I can eat more than I think I should be able to, but mostly light or soft foods. With something dense like chicken, etc. I can hardly eat any. I think it all depends on density.
Unfortunately I don't dump at all either. Sometimes I wish I did. I just have to ask myself what the "value" is of anything I put in my mouth. Fortunately I don't really experience much true hunger.
Sounds like you're making good progress. Keep up the good work!
