Liquid protein from GNC

Has anyone tried it ? Punch flavored . I picked up a bottle yesterday. It is usually $29.99 but it was marked down to $14.99 The smaller bottle was $14.45 The serving size is 3 tablespoons for 18 grams of protein, 90 calories. 20 servings in the big bottle. I tried it added it to water , I also added a tsp of splenda . Not too bad. I may get another bottle next time I go to the mall. I have the soy protein powder and am having trouble stomaching it any more. Soooo....whatcha think ?

Hey there, PLEASE let me know what you think. I have been too chicken to try it as I've tried so many bad ones before. The idea of liquid protein is easier to handle and a lot less time consuming than making the shakes. So, I would be a huge fan if I knew that the taste wouldn't be gross. hey carla, I drink the punch liquid protien everyday , I mix it with diet snapple or crystal light flavor of your choice I love it so much I dont know what i would do without it, I hate the shakes and they were such a pain to make. you should really try it, its great, but not alone, mix it with something cold. good luck!

I bought a bottle too-- man is it TART!!! I thought it would be the greatest thing... but it's sat in my fridge for a few weeks now. I don't know how to tone the taste down, but I'll keep trying ( I've mixed mine with a crystal lite drink). Good luck!
