4 month check up
I went for 4 month check up today. Total loss 53 lbs. The Doctor says I am right on track. I thought I was losing too slow. He says I'm not. I can now try to eat raw veg's , salad and fresh fruit. I can't eat skins on the fruit. I am suposed to start with soft fruits first. If I try a salad I have to chop it up real small to start and once I see if I can eat it I can start to eat bigger pieces. I haven't tried anything new yet. I also can eat up to 1 cup of food now at a meal. I asked him about counting calories because I see so many people talking about how many calories they eat every day. I am not suposed to count calories, just protien and liquids. At least 64 oz fluids and at least 50 protien a day. I have been doing that. I think I am starting to lose some hair. He says 4 months is about the time that happens. He doesn't know why this happens. My protien is good and all my bloodwork was good. So I guess I just live with it and hope it doesn't last too long. He also said I could take the ultrasource vitamins at Walgreens. Once I start taking them (4 a day chewable) I won't have to take calcium or b12. I started swimming last week and water arobics classes twice a week. 53 down and 97 to go to reach my goal. It looks like this is going to work.
