I drink the slim fast low carb drink, It has 20 grams of protien. They also have a protien drink but it only has 15 grams. I have one a day and I also have a protien bar once a day that has 20 grams. of protien. Jus****ch when you use the protien bars. the carbs should be the same or lower as the protien, If carbs are higher than protien then it is considered candy. The protien bars I use are called pure protien, 20 grams protien and 17 carbs. Hope this helps. Carol W

I drink the ATKINS protein shakes, the vanilla and chocolate are great! I but them at wal-mart they are the lowest in carbs and sugar grams!

Try the Profect protein in a vial. I drink one a day. It tastes a little icky BUT it is only 3 ounces you must choke down and you get 25 grams of protein. I travel quite a bit and they are perfect. I order off UBID.com and save a little. Here is the link the the website. http://www.protica.com/profect.htm

Fuzzy Navel Nectar from SynTrax...mixes wonderfully with cold water and tastes pretty good..I think it's 23 gr protein and you mix it with 8 oz water. Easier to get down and a little cheaper than Profect... Pam 5'2" 282/**206**/145 www.ellablog.com

Hi Pat, I travel a lot for work, and I'm not fond of pre-mixed shakes. I have able to find milk that dosen't need refriderated in my local grocey store. It's been a life saver for me. I bring my protien powder and this milk. It's called Parmalat, and you can get it in 8oz boxes. It tastes just like milk. The only place I've been able to find it on-line is at the site below. I would check in your local grocery stores. http://www.babiestravellite.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=BTL&Product_Code=PRFM I hope this helps, Good Luck, Linda R
