Exercize
Well I finally started exersize. I joined a swimming club. They have an indoor pool. I went twice so far. I am also going to check on water arobic classes they have them Tuesday and Thursday nights. I am going to try and go swimming at least 4 times a week. I went 2 weeks without a loss, and so far this week I have lost 3 pounds. Official weigh in day is Tuesday. I have a new total 53 pounds so far. I go see Dr Quinlin for 4 month check up on the 18th. I have a lot of questions for the nutritionist.
