Thanks for the reminder I'm down to 236.5. I'm 1.5 pounds away from the lowest weight i've been in 5 years.

Hi Michael, It seems like I'm right in line with the rest of the September group. I'm 257 this week, lost 1 pound. The grand total....75pounds! Like I said, I'm right behind you...looking forward to the 100 pound mark! Thanks, Linda R

Hi Michael, Must be something about this week.... I noticed there are alot of us that has lost ONE little lonely pound this week.... But after seeing that I wans't the only one I don't feel bad... My loss for the last few weeks have been 4, 3, 2, and now 1... I am afraid to weigh in next week because we all know what is 1 less than 1...LOL... So, please everybody wish me luck this week.....
