We seem, as a group, to be doing pretty well. More and more of us are getting into onederland and/or 100 pounds gone. That's, as Martha says, a Good Thing. 2006 keeps looking better and better!
As for me... I have a weigh in today. I'm a little scared about this one. I lost several inches this past week, and got into my first sub 50 pair of pants. I'm ready to start doing some of the things I put on my list of "fun things to do when thinner" list on my LiveJournal. (http://runwolf.livejournal.com if you are curious) But I didn't eat the best this week, and am afraid my membership in the Century Club may be revoked this week.

I had my 4 week weigh in and measurements done this morning at the gym..I'm not impressed with the weight loss but hey...I'm losing and not gaining so that's a good thing!
starting weight 300
current weight 233
goal weight 135
height 63 inches
total loss 67 pounds
there's my update...I don't see the pounds coming off but the inches are melting little by little..I feel better and healthier and that was my first and most important goal!!

CHIN UP! We are all human... some days are good, others are not so good. Like me I have a sick perverted attachment to Chex Mix. Why I eat the poop is beyond me, but I keep doing it. Im throwing it out and never brining it back into my house again!!!!!
I can tell Im heading into a BAD week... THe week where I wish I was a boy! And if it's not this week it will definately be next week... Which for me means a 5 day stall at soem point.... JOY! But I really try to not let these set backs get to me too much... Oh like the 3 pounds I gain and losse every month, no idea why I just do.
My view.. I've spent WAY too much time felling crappy about myself, beatting myself up and everything else... I did somethign to better myself and my situation so form now one I will ONLY stress the posotive, and not dwell on the slip ups!
