New Year Exercise Challenge Anyone?
Okay guys,
This is sounding fun.
Fridays sound great to me. Okay, here is my goals that I'm going to do my best to adhere to:
DAILY~
*30 min. treadmill (2.5 mph is my ave. to stay on.
)
*15 min. bike
(or if don't make it to the Y)
*30 min. walk with tape or around neighborhood
I have to buy me a tape measure. I SHOULD have started measuring myself from the BEGINNING to check my progress.
I would be a good way to check progress even if the scales don't show it.

I'm in too! Anything I can do to keep me moving in the right direction!
It was tough over the Holidays to keep up with the exercise. I was only making it to the gym once a week. Although I was very active, it wasn't the same as getting to the gym.
So, I guess we're off and running.....
Good Luck everyone. I commit to getting to the gym 3 times this week. 40 mins of cardio, and 40 mins of weights.
