Hey Michael CONGRATULATIONS you lightweight! I feel like such a proud sister in regards to your loss. You've inspired me to try my best and I can see by your results that you are incredibly motivated. Keep it up. Have you been hit on by any more mirrors lately? Carla

Micheal, Congratulations! You must be very proud of yourself. What a wonderful feeling it must be to be getting such great results for your hard work. I just checked out your pictures on your profile and you can really tell a difference in just a few weeks post op, you must really look like a new person 100 pounds lighter. Congrats again, Christine

and a mighty handsome young man you are!! Even 100 lbs heavier than today I bet you were a 'looker'!! Anyway, congratulations to you Michael, I know, well I don't know but can imagine, what an accomplishment that is to you. Continued good luck. By the way - you can answer this for me -- does the weight you lose prior to surgery (as a preop diet) count toward the 100 lbs?? I just got on the board and can only be on a few minutes, but need to look real quite to see if it's weight recording time or if I missed it and am out!! donna

If I count the weight I loss prior to surgery, I'm at 123 pounds gone. ANd yea, send me an update. Thanks! And can I count that first line as you hitting on me? It'll boost the ego!

Hi Michael - yes, definitely that was a major hit!! But be forewarned - I am older, and much more experienced than you, you young buck!! Also, I read the other post about passing out at work. That was pretty scary. I sometimes feel weakish and just attributed it to not eating enough. Take care of yourself! donna
