Who we are... Averagely speaking

HUGE update to the averages last night. I missed a night, so I had to catch up and added a TON of people. Thanks for the responses! Here is where we are! The average September 2005 person was 291 pounds at surgery, currently weights 233.4 pounds and has lost 57.6 pounds. We're losing 4lbs a week and have currently lost 43.4% of our excess fat and 19.8% of our total weight. As a group, we weighed in at surgery at 21825 pounds and now weigh 17505 pounds. We've lost over two tons at 4320.5 pounds. The Extremes: Three people are at 90+ pounds lost. I know at least one of those people has broken into the century club, but hasn't updated with me since then. Two may have broken the 100lbs mark. Twelve people have made it past the half way mark to their goal. That number is going to skyrocket over the next couple of weeks. One person is already just 22 pounds from goal and over 3/4ths of the way to her goal. Information I need from you all! Please make sure you've given me your hieght and goal weight. I'm still missing many of that information. And please, visit the site and take a look at how we're all doing! http://homepage.mac.com/totalriot13/SeptemberAverages.htm

Michael, Thanks so much. Of all the tools that I am using this is the most Inspirational. I don't think that I am doing well and I just look at the numbers. I keep thinking 4 pounds a week and in 4.6 months I will be at goal. Which is a low number. If I keep this up I should be great in about 3 months. Keep up the good work. donna

Michael, I want to thank you for doing this. I'm actually not on the list, but I look at it every time you update it. I was afraid I was not losing as much as I should, but find that, based on your averages, I'm actually ahead of schedule. Boy, is that a relief! LOL Jenn

Michael, You are so generous to keep this up that I hate to ask for one more thing from you, but assuming you are doing this on an excel spreadsheet, could you freeze the title bar so that those of us below the first screen can read our stats and the titles at the same time? Please, pretty, please? Thanks in advance ... Jody

I'd be happy to... if I knew how. If you've got a secret on how I can turn an excel web file with the titles froze, I'd appreciate it!

Hey Michael, you are doing an awesome job with your weight loss and the averages. I saw on mine that I didn't give you my goal weight and it is 170ish. I am down now to 243. Take Care, Britt
