Only 11 more pounds untill I get to buy my new recliner as my under 300lb reward. Damn an hour at the Rio Seafood Buffet in Las Vegas sure sounds nicer. NOT!!!!

Lol Yes it does. You seem to be making great choices. The buffet does sound good. Just like chritmas eve I made all kinds of foods for the family. Once it came time to eat. I ate one chicken wing my eating was done. All that work for one chicken wing. Yes it was worth it. But I did graze. That all chrismas day.
