Some set personal goals for themselves...personally, I've never been good at setting goals and keeping them. (has to do with how I was raised) I'm proud of all of you who set goals and keep them..even if you don't reach them. Just the diligence in making one and keeping it shows how much strength and courage you have. Am I calling myself weak and not with strength and courage?? Maybe, but I am doing fine with losing how I'm losing and watching the weight loss happen. I'm thrilled with almost 75 pounds gone (this is including the 18 prior to surgery) and how big my clothes are getting and how people are calling me "skinny" and that the "weight is just meling off of you"... I just want to tell you all that I'm proud of you wether you you set goals or not...and if you make them, or not, to me, truly doesn't matter...We're all in this together and are here to support one another through it. Here's to us and a big loss for each of us in the new year 2006! PAULA

Thank you sweetie. It really felt as if you were talking directly to me. Here's to seeing less of each other in 2006!
