Also~you tried out for Food Network? How cool is that? Did you get far? One more question and I'll shut up. You mentioned somewhere that you do the eliptical trainer machine for ...an hour??? Hi Michael! I wanna get in on this too, heres my stats; Surgery date 9/14/05 Height 5'7'' Start WEight 322 lbs Current weight 254 lbs MD goal 140lbs. There ya go,,I think thats everything! Thanks for charting us all! I know its work but we enjoy reading everyones progress!! Have a great New Year!!
