Hello Michael, I HAVE AN UPDATE FOR YOU!!! I'm down a total of 51 pounds as of today, woot woot!! I am 5'7'' and my surgeon's goal is about 160 pounds. YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! GO SEPTEMBER PEOPLE!!!
