Weekly progress report

Mornings, around 7:30 I do a yogurt smoothie ( 13g of protein) $1.00 for 10oz from Wal-mart. Protein shakes are hard to get down these days but these taste great! ( strawberry and blackberry) . I drink hot de-caff tea (apple spice) after that until about 9:30/10:00 and have egg or egg beaters mixed with fine chopped deli turkey, cheese and ...a couple teaspoons of frank's hot sauce or tabasco?? I don't know.. just want the kick i guess.
For snack I eat really soft beef jerky ( jack something or other). Lunch, I am on a shrimp kick this week, but other days I have had soup, cottage cheese, chicken pieces ( always moist), chili, mostly warm stuff if possible. If I am on the go, a protein bar ( detour and balance gold) or cheese sticks. mmm -dinner is USUALLY whatever everyone else has. I use a small saucer plate and put a bit of whatever we have. I eat the protein first and then if I have room will take bites of the sides. I have been making alot of homemade chili and soups lately...cooking in the crockpot.
Snacks are pickle slices, pork rinds, soy crisps, cheese. Notice the salt theme? I am still craving peanut butter but everytime I try it, no matter what "natural, low fat" kind it is, I get instantly sleepy and queezy. Skim milk was great too, but now it does almost the same thing. I haven't had either lately.
