You're added to the spreadsheet and you're right in there at average in all three catagories.

Hey Michael, Thanks for taking the time to work up these figures, it helps us (slower) people to see the reality of numbers. I'm not good when you start talking all those statistics. If you could add me to the list (only if you have time) I would like to know my percentage. Starting - 298 Current - 238 Height - 5'4" Surgery 9/19/05 If you can't get to it, don't worry. Wow... you're smoking! Your percentage lost is 20.1% Way to go! That's just inside the average range, but barely. Anything above 20.5% is above average. You're in the same range, just barely low enough to be in the average range, in your other stats too. In fact, so many of us allegedly slow losers have pushed what average is up so much higher than the initial 11 people I used, that I may have to repost tomorrow what the current stats are for average. And if I can get enough poeple to give me their height as well, then I may add BMI shifts to the mix. Although your percentage in shift in BMI is going to be darn close to the percentage lost.
