I've found that I have been snacking a lot (baaaad!) it's nothing horrible mind you, just not a good habit to begin again. I am nipping that in the bud one day at a time. Man, some bad habits are hard to shake. Other than that, I feel fantastic and my co-workers and friends tell me daily how fantastic I look, so it's such a positive change. I simply love it. Now if only I could love myself enough to stop the munching!!.

I was hoping to be at 200 for christmas but I knew that goal was pretty high. Oh well I know I will make that goal soon enough. I have been horrible with my eating. There are days I hardly eat anything just because I really don't feel that hungry anymore...then on the days I do eat I seem to just snack here and there instead of sitting down and eating healthy meals. I need to get back on track. That is my goal for right now, just to start eating healthy again and keeping it that way.
