This is great. My surgery was the same day as you! My weight day of surgery was 282 and currently at 237 so it looks like I'm the average of the slow losers club losing 45 lbs. I am starting my workout routine tomorrow though so watch out! I met with my personal trainer yesterday. I was walking really good about 2 miles 4-5 days a week but then it got COLD and SNOWY here in Michigan and I lost the ambition which is no excuse since I have a treadmill folded up in the spare bedroom.
hey there tlg
I'm in grand rapids. I want to go to TC sooo badly for the wine tours!! but I need to wait a little while, since just had surgery couple months ago, blah, blah, blah.
it is freaking cold here too. I hope to get a treadmill with my tax returns.
walking the dogs is proving to be a challenge thru the snow...feel like I'm walking thru sand. but man, my calves are getting a workout!!
I love GR, I have several friends that live on the NW side and some in Ada and all over now that I think about it. I have to come down for some shopping, I haven't been to the new mall. I lived in an apt in Wyoming on 44th St for a short period of time back in the day before hubby and kids and worked at Amway. I've had some alcohol and it didn't do anything to me! I was kind of disappointed, I at least wanted a little buzz
