Starting Weight: 285 Current Weight: 229.5 Total Lost: 55.5 Goals for the Month: to continue walking 2-3 times each week. Up my daily time on my eliptical by 5 minutes. ~EM

This is a great idea! starting weight:275 current weight:231 goal weight:150-160 total lost:44 My goal's are to get in more excersize and hopefully find a protein I can drink without gagging also to get in enough water and not to get in to much trouble with the carbs. Tonya King

Highest weight 249 Pre-op weight 215 Current weight 180 Goals this smonth is to increase fluid intake and establish a more consistent excercise routine. Oh! total weight loss~69 pounds. Not too bad! I have been trying not to weigh to much because at first I was weighing sos many times a day and I was getting discouraged, so I am weighing weekly. Keep up the good work everyone!
