Goals this smonth is to increase fluid intake and establish a more consistent excercise routine.
Oh! total weight loss~69 pounds. Not too bad! I have been trying not to weigh to much because at first I was weighing sos many times a day and I was getting discouraged, so I am weighing weekly. Keep up the good work everyone!
