MY GOAL FOR THIS MONTH: I'M GOING TO FIND A PROTIEN DRINK THAT I LIKE AND CONTINUE TO EXERCISE FIVE TIMES A DAY AT THE GYM. I'M ALSO GOING TO TRY AND GET IN AT LEAST 64OZ OF WATER DAILY.
