Starting: 427 Current: 353 Total Loss: 74 Goals: 80lbs gone by Christmas, return to working out from slacking off over T-day and decorating for christmas, keep on keeping on. Aside: From my highest weight of 450lbs last February, I've lost 97lbs.

Starting: 290 Current: 238 Total Lost: 52 Goal for this month: EXERCISE! My co-worker and I are starting water aerobics Monday night for 3 nights a week. I also need to get my potassium supplements and protein in daily. (Hopefully this will help the stalls that FREQUENTLY occur for me!)

HEIGHT: 5'9 STARTING: 297 LBS CURRENT: 240 LBS TOTAL LOST : 57 LBS MY BEGINNING SIZE: 24 W MY SIZE NOW: 20W MY WEIGHT GOAL: 150LBS MY GOAL FOR THIS MONTH: I'M GOING TO FIND A PROTIEN DRINK THAT I LIKE AND CONTINUE TO EXERCISE FIVE TIMES A DAY AT THE GYM. I'M ALSO GOING TO TRY AND GET IN AT LEAST 64OZ OF WATER DAILY. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY EVERYONE IS DOING SO GOOD. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME A GOOD PROTIEN TO TRY?
