Goal for this month:Eat more food. I exercise 2x a day and get in plenty of water, but I keep stalling for weeks at a time and then lose 10 pounds all at once. It is very frustrating when you are doing what you should be doing and nothing happens.

My goal for the month is to find a way to do at the very least one protein drink a day, my viatimins daily and excercise 4 days a week. I feel like I am one of the slower loosers but still tickled pink daily that I have lost what I did in 3 months. I would like to get to the teens soon but I'll take the twenties for this month. A mega goal would be under 200 by my anniversary 2/14/06 but I know I will have to step it up big time to get that.

my goal is to keep working on eating other foods that is not a protein drink or yogurt or the "soft" foods..I need to venture out..I am exercising 3 days a week at aerobics..gotta do it I feel better after I am done..my goal for this month is to be out of the 30's by x-mas..that would be sweet!!
