Starting: 281 Current: 226 Total lost: 55 pounds Goal for this month:Eat more food. I exercise 2x a day and get in plenty of water, but I keep stalling for weeks at a time and then lose 10 pounds all at once. It is very frustrating when you are doing what you should be doing and nothing happens. Christine

Ok, you started at the same weight I did and had the surgery 6 days before me and I'm at 44 lbs lost (I am 5'9" BTW). I feel like I'm losing slower than everyone. What is a typical day's menu like for you?

Starting weight 285 current weight 238 weight loss 47 pounds My goal for the month is to find a way to do at the very least one protein drink a day, my viatimins daily and excercise 4 days a week. I feel like I am one of the slower loosers but still tickled pink daily that I have lost what I did in 3 months. I would like to get to the teens soon but I'll take the twenties for this month. A mega goal would be under 200 by my anniversary 2/14/06 but I know I will have to step it up big time to get that.

Hi Christine, Someone told me that on the weeks that we're not losing weight, our bodies may be losing inches instead. I guess it's our body's way of catching up, I guess. Don't have any "proof" of it being true, but it seems to be so for me. paula

Starting: 298 Current: 238 Lost: 60 My goal is to find a protein supplement or drink that I can tolerate, get my vitamins in every day and exercise more. I'm shooting to get as close to 200 as I can before the first of the year. Keep up the good work everyone!

hello everyone.. starting weight: 293 current: 239 lost: 54 lbs my goal is to keep working on eating other foods that is not a protein drink or yogurt or the "soft" foods..I need to venture out..I am exercising 3 days a week at aerobics..gotta do it I feel better after I am done..my goal for this month is to be out of the 30's by x-mas..that would be sweet!! everyone enjoy the busy holidays!!!
