Monthly progress report
I don't know what happened to that first email that just said, "file"...weird...I'll type it all over again.
Breakfast: usually 3 oz of cottage cheese w/ about 6 fat free wheat thins.
Snack: unflavored Unjury in V8
Lunch: usually shrimp ****tail (about 6 shrimp), or 1/2 slice of bread with sugar free peanut butter on it and sugar free jam or Wendy's Chili or refried beans w/ melted cheese..about 3 oz each
Snack: if I haven't had the unjury yet, I have it now. Sugar free popsicle
Dinner: 1-2 ounces of dense protein that I've made for the rest of family..chicken, fish, pork, steak...and a veggie or salad.
Snack: sometimes nothing...sugar free popsicle or 1 oz of cheese
Water: at least 48 ounces and up to 65 or more ounces...
Vitamins: 2 chewable adult multivitamins and one B12 a day
