Made 2 of my first mini goals!
I made 3 mini goals to reach when I started. 1st was 225 on thanksgiving. I made it. Next was to have lost 60 pounds on my 3 month anniversary - Dec 1., if I did not make the 225 goal... Today a few days shy of Dec 1 and I am down 61 pounds. Next was if I was going to be extra blessed it was to be 200 on Christmas. It is a far reach, I will not be disapointed if it does not happen. I am very happy with the loss thus far and it will just keep dropping......
I am 12 days behind you and about 10 pounds. I was wondering if you are steadily losing the weight or are you stallling and then losing a bunch. I seem to stall then lose. I have been dreaming of possibly being 200 before the New Year, but with all this stalling I don't think I am going to be able to do it. Congrats on making your goals, I know that it really means alot when something even little is reached(#1 for me was weighing less than my husband).

I think you are doing awesome. We had surgery the same day and I am still at about 46 pound loss so I guess that is loosing slow but I feel really good and I know I need to increase my water and protein. Plus I can eat everything (except sugar) in small amounts so I guess I have a friendly pouch and that is trouble for me. I am also a carb craver. I need to buckle down though and get this weight off. I am looking so much better in my clothes so I guess the inches are going. But hey keep up the good work!!!
