THE THREE BITE RULE
This Thanksgiving, when faced with foods we really shouldn't eat... like sweet potato casserole, grandma's stuffing or the desserts that are calling our name...try to focus on the three bite rule to get through the holiday.
The First Bite is to get a good taste.
The Second Bite is to verify it was as good as we thought it would be.
The Third Bite is the LAST BITE, so savour it.
Hope everyone has a great HOLIDAY...
This year enjoy your time with your family with more wonderful conversation & less munching.

I didnt do that today. There was no way. I did eat the turky mashed potatoes and stuffing. I got full and stopped. Been full all day. I did eat a bowel of salad 2 times. Tomorrow. I was not eat. I will just drink potein shakes. I could not help myself. I feel terrible right now. I feel full and stuffed.

Okay, I have to confess...I didn't eat a lot of protein on Thanksgiving. I tend to have more problems with turkey and chicken, so I decided I would skip the "musts" just for one day and be back today. I did have mashed potatoes and some green beans and one bite of homemade cream corn.
Today, I am proud to say, I have had a protein shake for breakfast and I am having egg salad for lunch. My mother-in-love says she feels sorry for me having to give up so much, but I keep reminding her that I don't feel like I'm giving up anything. This was my choice and I am very happy that I made it!
I hope everyone had a great Turkey-day and will have a safe rest of the weekend!

I guess that should be the "Three Mini-Bite rule" . Since the old bites were almost as large as what I eat in a whole meal now. No more chipmunk eating. You know where you fill your cheeks full. Glad to have survived Turkey day. This was the least amount I have eaten on Turkey Day since I was 8. Didn't get a lot of protein in, enjoyed the potatoes, dressing, gravy. But I am back to the norm today as well.
I lived in Mass for three years. God I loved it. We lived in springfield near the westover airforce base that closed. That was in the late 60s God I loved the sled riding and ice skating. I had a family that lived in boston in rivera we used to take the subways all day for 10 cents ride everywhere. Parents never new it. Those was the good old days.
Now i live in Ohio
Glad your doing so well

Hey! I like Ohio! Fun state!
I'll be up there this summer, good Lord willing, to do something I haven't done in over 10 years. Ride rollercoasters.
Gonna go up to Kings Island for a day, then head on up to my Aunt's place in Port Clinton, and then head over to Cedar Point for a day. I can't wait!
Of course, I expected to be 150lbs lighter then, and hopefully zeroing in on my goal of 207lbs lost. So if you're near any of those places, ya up for lunch with me and my crazy family?
My favorite is cedar point it is near Lake michigan and the lake. I love going there. Have a good time in Ohio. I need to get out of Ohio after I lose my weight. I was wanting a big change like New york city Go on the letterman show and saterdaynight live regis live and go shopping and see all the comotion with my own eyes. And to visit the trade centers.
Happy Holidays
