SLOW LOSER?!!!????
Well, add me to this club! I had surgery on 9/30. I lost 28 lbs within 5 weeks and have not lost anymore since. I am keeping optimistic, but it isn't easy. I am so addicted to the scale. I get on before I go to bed and 1st thing in the morning. It sets my mood!!! I know I am eating next to nothing and exercising............I went back to the gym 1 month out, so I keep telling myself.........it will all catch up soon!! Right?? LOL
I had surgery on 9/21 and have lost about 33lbs....bye the doctors its 29. I feel the same way as u.....but also......the more u weigh the quicker u loose.... dont be drepressed you are still loosing...... there for a couple weeks i only lost like a pound and it was dpressing......i just joined the gym this week so i am hoping that will help...DONT GIVE UP!
Lee...is there a website address to this BMI graph that you mentioned? If so, do share...I'd love to track myself according to the graph vs. comparison methods.
My dr's office said that they expect loss of between 2 and 4 lbs per week. When I do the math, my loss has matched that estimate...when you average the time and total weight loss.
I think we are on track...and stop worrying and just MOVE THAT BODY FOLKS...and burn those calories.
