Hey everyone
How is everyone doing weight wise and food wise?
I had open RNY Sept 26 2005
Started at 362 and am now 315.A loss of 47lbs
Food wise I have had a sucky 3 days! lol
Eating too much and not eating the right things.I hate myself right now but must get back to doing what I know I should be doing.The good news is I am exercising more.
How is everyone?

Hi Michelle...
I started on 9/9 at 300 and the scale this morning said 248...it's not as much as I would like but it's the most I've ever lost so I will not complain.
As far as food goes...I don't really eat...I have no desire for food...I drink my protein shakes and go to the gym 5 nights a week. I bought myself a "gazelle" machine and do that for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 mins at night...seems to be working for me

I had open RNY on 9/26/05 as well.
Started at 258 and down to 215 now. I have released 43lbs ( I wont say loss or loose - because tht means you might find it and I REFUSE TO FIND THOSE!!!!)
Food wise - it sucks!! I am still having a very hard time eating or drinking anything and I do not have a stricture. Everything gets STUCK and then I am miserable for a long time or I vomit to get rid of it. Even fluids get stuck.
As for exercising - not good there either. Just have not had nor made the time to do it.

Open RNY on 9/28/05
Started at 330...lost 19 prior to surgery...am now at 272. Total lost, 58...
Am down from 30/32's all summer to 22/24 tops and 26 in pants.
Am eating all foods without much prob. Had a bad "stomach" day yesterday and wasn't sure what caused diarrahea and vomitting...if it was a "dump" or not.
Gotta go out today and find something to wear for Thanksgiving.

hello everyone..
I had a lap/rny on 9/20/2005 and as of today I am down 51lbs
started at size 26pants and 3x tops to a size 18/20 tops and 22 pants so I am thrilled..wont be long and I will be under 200 which I have not done that since high school...
as far as food I am now able to eat whatever I want (well not fried or sugar) but most normal stuff but I am in a rut staying with shakes yogurt cottage cheese etc..so I am comitted to keep finding more to eat so I am not soooo bored with the same old thing..
