Well I went in and weighed in and I am down to 343lbs. I am so excited now. Just 153 to go.

Well Turkey day has come and gone. I laughed because even though I did all the cooking for 7 adults, this was probably the least amount I have eaten on Thanksgiving since I was 8 years old. Thanks all for the well wishes.
