Does anyone get sore in the top part of their stomach

I have been sore in the top of my stomach 3 inches down from my incision right under the breasts 3 inches down. I am not sure if I have been over doing it. I have been sore a few days. My stomach looks alittle bloated. What do you think it could be. I have not had a bowel movement in about 3-4 days. I have been really working hard on the ellipcal last night and the past few days. I did a 20 minute program twice yesterday. . But it bothered me before that. And it really doesnt pull on the stomach. I hope all is okay Barb

Hi Barb, is it normal for you to go 3-4 without a bm? that seems a little long. I usually go every other day, and if I don't I get real bad stomach pains. I wonder if that could be it. Maybe call your doctor?? donna

I was sore a few days last week in that same area that you are talking about. I even had a spot that was hard, but it went away on it's own. I had worked those muscles some the day prior to it starting (by vomiting). So it could be from Muscle strain. Not sure... keep an eye on it and if it continues call your Dr. I was calling my Dr monday morning (11/21) if my soreness and swelling had not gone away but it did finally. Keep me posted. Mine was hard in a spot also. It seems like it has gone away some.I think I over did it last week. I think I am okay, Take Care Barb
