I have been having a serious problem in the last week. I cannot drink enough water. I am drinking ovr 100oz and that is still not quenching my thirst. The other day my mouth was so dry that I couldn't even lick a stamp. It has gotten so bad that I am really not eating because I couldn't eat anyway because my mouth is so dry. Is anyone else having this problem? Does this mean I am dehydrated? Thanks, Christine

Christine, I don't know if this means you are dehydrated or not, but I think I would ask a doctor. I have major problems waiting 30 min after a meal to drink because I get thirsty, so I am trying to chew ice to moisten my mouth and throat. ~~em

I asked my doctor the signs of dehydration and he told me if I had a dry mouth it would be a sign. Even though you're drinking a lot, maybe you're still dehydrated?? I'd call your doctor tomorrow just to inquire... There is mouthwash and lozenges called Biotene made just for people with dry mouths. Found in the mouthwash isle. paula
