FitDay.com and calories?

How many are keeping track on fitday or on your own, of how many calories, protein, carbs etc you are getting in a day. Are you just doing what you can? If you are keeping track, how much of each are you averaging right now. calories? protein? carbs? water? vitamins?

I was doing it at first, but find it a lot easier to just keep a hand written food journal. I write everything down that I eat and drink. I don't keep track of my carbs or calories ( I probably will at some point) ...just ounces eaten and drunk and grams of protein taken in. Paula

I keep track of everything besides vitamins because I take them as perscribed. I get in 450-700 calories per day. I know that sounds awful, but I dont get a break at work and work through lunch so I have a small peice of cheese or something when I get home. I try to keep fat and carbs under 20 grams but I don't count carbs from veggies if that makes sense. I keep my protein above 60g per day and I drink 4-20oz bottles of water or crystal light daily. I fill them the night before and stick them in the fridge. I use fitday daily and I think it is well worth the hassle it sometimes seems. Beth 301/249.5/160
