FitDay.com and calories?
I keep track of everything besides vitamins because I take them as perscribed. I get in 450-700 calories per day. I know that sounds awful, but I dont get a break at work and work through lunch so I have a small peice of cheese or something when I get home. I try to keep fat and carbs under 20 grams but I don't count carbs from veggies if that makes sense. I keep my protein above 60g per day and I drink 4-20oz bottles of water or crystal light daily. I fill them the night before and stick them in the fridge. I use fitday daily and I think it is well worth the hassle it sometimes seems.
