Help
I am feeling a little frustrated, I havn't lost any weight in 5 days and am getting a little discouraged. Do you think that my 4 crackers and cheese is effecting my weight loss? I am guilty of not exercising, but right now have no motivation to any, What is wrong with me? Should I even be eating crackers? I have been trying to get the protein in and base most of meals on that. I just feel that I should have more than 39lbs gone at 7 weeks and I know I could never do this without surgery, but I want to make sure I make the most of this first 6 months. Any advice

I eat 4 regular crackers with cheese and pepperoni or a slice of ham, maybe twice week, I dont see where that could hurt. I eat everything but fried foods and high carbs. I just eat until I am full and stop. Thats about 3-4 ounces. Depends on the food. I do excercise. If I did not I dont think I could eat anything and lose weight. I would have to watch my calories better. I know I am not going over 600-800- calories a day. I eat 2-3 small meals a day. I feel totally full between meals. And have to force myself to eat breakfast but I do. Your body needs food in it to burn calories. So I make sure I eat.

Hi Connie
Some people are really sensitive to carbs. I dont know if this is the case for you though. I find that if I eat a piece a bread one day, the next day I dont loose. I would call the nutritionist and give them an example of what you eat in a day and see what they say.
Also, I have experienced a few stalls already and you might be having one. I find the only way to break a stall is to up protein and exercise.
Call your nutritionist and see if they have any answers for you.
Good luck

Connie,
Congrats on your 39 pounds. I am 9 weeks out. I have lost about 45 pounds. I had a small plateau around the 6th and 7th weeks where I lost nothing but a half pound. Your 4 crackers with cheese are not going to affect your loss. Though my Dr. says no carbs no sugar low fat high protien. I also should be working out more. I haven't done much of it. I pplan to start soon. You are doing fine. rejoice in your loss. Start exercising and the weight wil start falling off again.
Hugs
