I love this post...Great idea! I started out at 267 and I'm now down to 222. So I've lost 45 pounds. I work out at Curves 3x's a week and I've gone from a size 22 to a size 16. Still trying to get the vitamins in tho. Really tough as I forget sometimes. The protein is going better since I found the Isopure liquid form. Other than that, everything is going great. Looking forward to next year when this butterfly finally hatches...

Today is my 2 month Out ... I started out at 272 and I'm now down to 220. So I've lost 52 pounds. I work out on ellipical 3x's a week and I've gone from a size 22 to a size 18. This month I lost 18 I lost 34 the first month. I feel great energy is back. I have been at a stall over a week. I Get all my protein and eat one to 2 meals a day. I Get all my fluids in. I drink before bed a SF Hot Chocolate and a Hot tea. I put protein in hot chocolate. I drink Isopure no carb. One a day. I get around 70 proteins Day. Skin is drying out. Hair is falling out in tub. I use tons of oil of olay on my face. How many started doing stomach excercises. I have not yet. Im just doing walking and my ellipical. Does anyone know when we can start doing stomach excercises. My second month pictures showed a very large weight loss. ( Talking about the nude pics.) I noticed alot of curves and toning in my legs and waist. Double chin is going away Hugs Barb

I had surgery 9-16-2005. I weighed in at 296 and as of today 11-22-2005 I weigh 254. I am having a problem with exercising as much as I should. I feel tired alot, but that is now excuse. After seeing all of your posts and how much you all have lost I feel motivated again! Back to doing my exercise everyday no matter how tired I feel. No matter how much or little we have all lost we are still doing great. We are all losing which is something we weren't doing before the surgery! Melanie

Hi Krista, Happy Thanksgiving to all! My stats: DOS: 302 Today: 248 I've lost 54 lbs. I'm thrilled. I haven't been shopping yet. I shop in my closet. Thank goodness I saved some clothes. I need some crockpot receipes also. Keep up the good work. Diana

Krista, Thanks for starting this post. It's great to see how everyone else with September surgery dates are doing. These are my stats: 2 weeks before surgery: Weight: 332 - Size 30/32 Lap RNY- DOS: 9/13/05: Weight: 311 As of 11/26/05: Weight: 273 - Size: 22/24 Total weight loss: 59 pounds. I'm one of those people who have had very few problems with eating, but I am very careful. I exercise three to four times a week, 30 mins of cardio, 40 mins of weights, and a pliates class once a week. I am thrilled with the results I've seen. The only issue I have is dealing with the small portions of food. My mind wants to eat the same old way, but my body won't allow it. Congrats to all, and your success!
