Yikes thats pretty often! But our body does go threw alot!
I have had fairly light periods and only one a month. Well I take that back, my first period after surgery was VERY heavy.
Good job on the weight loss! It seems as though everyone that has posted is doing great and on track!
I'm so proud of all of us!!!!!!

Well Dec. 2004 i WAS 346 AND THAT IS WHEN i STARTED THE jOURNEY. Surgery was 9-1 -05 weight was 286. Today weight is 230. Since surgery that is 56 lbs. In alomost 1 year of the complete loss journey I am 116 pounds light. I feel good, Wish I was losing faster but I am losing. I have a hard time getting enough food in calorie wise and that is a big problem for me...
Congrats to everyone else you are all doing great...
Hey there!!!
DOS: 9-16-05
Weight on DOS: 259
Weight today: 229
I eat mostly yogart for breakfast, and any kinda tender meat for lunch and dinner. I TOO LOVE THE CROCKPOT!!!
I sometimes have pasta but not too much or I will dump. I have only dumped 3 times in the last 9 weeks.
I need to get my booty moving though.
Hugs
Judi
I had my surgery 9/20 started out at 301.5 now I'm 259, so 42.5. I also thought it would be more, I wanted to be/want to be down 50 pounds by 11/20, but I don't think that'll happen. I'm currently in a stall. Sucks. One thing I've been eating a lot are called grillers. Cheese wrapped in chicken then wraped in bacon (I don't eat the bacon) oh and usually stuffed with veggies. I'm able to eat about 1/4 of it. I just started a brand new job this week, and they have a work out facilites, so I've been doing that during lunch 3 days a week. The extra part is that my assigned parking lot is like 5 blocks away downhill going to work and UP hill on the way home, and let me tell you it's steeeeeeep. It's a good work out in it's self.
That's great Krista!
I am down 50 lbs 301/251/160. I am down to a size 20 from a 24 and in a Xl top from a size 24 top. I feel really good but wish sometimes the weight loss would happen even faster.
I have been sick with a cold all week and barely able to get my fluids and protein shakes in. I think I am only getting in about 300 calories a day

hiya krista,
thanks for the check-in.
i had surgery 9-14, just a few days after you. My surgery day weight was 215, currently weigh 183, down 32 lbs since surgery, just over 9 weeks.
Went from size 20 pants to size 16 pants.
Yes I am obsessed with my crockpot too! I bought several crockpot books on Amazon the other day. Even I, a dummy at cooking, can't mess up meals with a crockpot. i have gotten some crockpot recipes from the food network. if you do a search for "Slow cooker" you will find some recipes. Yumm-O!
buhbye for now,
amy
Hi Krista, I had my surgery on Sept 8th Weight day of surgery was 266 and weight as of last week was 206, so I have lost 60 pounds. I cant weight to get to my first goal of under 200, hopefully that will be real soon. I was wearing a size 22 and 2 days ago I bought a size 15 in the juniors section, I am so happy!
