PROTEIN COUNT CHARTS
Hi,
www.fitday.com is a great free program that has you type in the food you eat and it'll track your foods for you.
If this program doesn't work for you, I'll ask my husband, he has one that just has ALL of every food imaginable on his computer...I'll ask him where he got it.

this is the program called, food file that my husband has on his computer.
You can d/l it from this site for free.
Remember, you can always guide food as: one ounce of protein usually is about 7 gms of protein.

Click on "Nutrients List" and then sort alphabetically for protein (or anything else of interest that's there) ...
It's a fantastic resource/website to bookmark.
