In the mornings I have Designer whey chocolate protein powder ( dissolves heavenly) with swiss miss no sugar added and add ho****er from my coffee pot. It mixes together perfectly and tastes so good. 30g of protein. ( 1 and 1/2 scoops of powder)
In the evening I put 1/**** half a banana , handful of frozen bluberries into Designer Whey Vanilla protein powder, 1/c skim milk into my Magic Bullet and have the best protein smoothie ( another 30 g) food is extra.
I am going to whip up v-8, or pureed soup and mix with unflavored protein as well to see how it tastes. Right now, Those smoothies at night tastes so good. Not too sweet. You could add splenda if you wanted it sweet I suppose.
Good Morning. This is what I have found that I like best.
1 scoop of Choc Caramel Whey Protein (GNC)
1 scoop of French Vanille Whey Protein (GNC)
1 tsp instant coffee
4 ice cubes
6 oz milk
Blend either in blender or magic bullet.
It is the only this that I have found I like because it isn't too sweet and no protein taste.
