Starvation mode

I had a stricture fixed about 2 weeks ago. The problem is, before I got it fixed I could only eat about 150 calories a day, for about a week and a half. Now, I'm eating 450-550 calories a day (It's all my pouch will tolerate). I haven't lost any weight in about 3 weeks. I know it's because my body is in starvation mode. How can I get out of it? I've added 2 protein drinks a day for the protein and calories, and I'm doing good with water. But the food is still a struggle. Any help will be much appreciated.

Nothing you can do but keep up waht your doing and ride it out. It's very normal... I know how disheartning it is as I've been there, but your doing fine and in time this will pass. Just remeber WLS is a marathon and not a race... you won't wake up skinny one day it will happen over time. Besides how long did it take us all to get to our highest weights..... Keep on TRUCKING!
