Birthday & under 200!

Okay, not by much (199.5). 54 today, 7 weeks out and 44.5 lbs. down! I just love the "September" board. Feel like I know so many of you personally. I can relate to so much from everyone. Maybe I'll crawl out from under my shell and quit lurking. Thanks to each of you for all the support. It may not be directed to many of us personally but so many benefit! Love and hugs, Sydney
