Bad day for me
I do pizza on occassion. Usually i dont do any added butter or anything like that with a meal and dont have alot of fat so pizza every once in awhile shouldnt be a problem. If its a thin crust i can eat it if not i just eat the topping. I do add canadian bacon and some extra fat free cheese to the top of a store bought pepperoni pizza to add protein. I dont know about you but i use to be able to eat over half a store bought pizza now only do a small slice. It calls for a portion size of 1/6 the pizza i eat half a serving so really not that many calories and with the added protein it really gets alot of the requirements in.
