Is that really me?
Okay I know I've been distracted, but when I looked in the mirror this morning and said "Is that really me?" I knew I had to share with you!!!
I'm wearing a black dress, nothing fancy, nylons, heels, nothing spectacular at all. But I'm thinner, I don't look round, I have curves! Yeah they're still larger than I want, but they're more proportional! I'm going to try to have my picture taken on Sunday after church so you can see how I'm doing and put them on my profile... I'll wear this dress. I'm just so amazed at how much better I look 45 lbs lighter!
Okay, had to share. After yesterday, I needed a pick me up like that!

That's fabulous Rachel. I've lost 44lbs. and people are really starting to notice. It's great that my clothes are loose, but it's also kinda a bummer, b/c it's sometimes difficult to see the true weight loss. I don't want to buy new clothes yet. I did order a couple of bras today. No matter what, I HAVE to have good support. I'm sagging and it's ruining the entire shape of my body. They weren't that expensive, so I didn't mind and I needed new bras anyway.
What's everyone else doing with their transition of sizes? Oh, this is funny, and you all may appreciate this. Before surgery, I always hung up all my clothes and never put them in the dryer. Now I'm actually putting everything in the dryer b/c I want to shrink them! Who'd ever think I'd say that??
