no sugar added orange juice?????

Does anyone know if this is safe, on the back it says it have 23 grams of sugar but is this the "safe sugar" from fruit cause I can tolerate fruit but not sure about this? Please advise.

KIM... I only drink the Miniute Maid LIGHT OJ, it has 2gm of sugar per serving. Im just not willing to take the risk! GOOD Luck!

I'd be careful, I'm not allowed citrus fruit until month 5. My doc and nut says the acid could cause ulcers. I'd check with your doc and nut.

Kimmy, My doctor says that citrus fruit is an always . And I really hate that because I love navel oranges! ~~em
