Finding myself:
Hi all! I don't know about the rest of you, but I am finding myself not wanting to eat....and when I want to eat....it isn't good. I don't have an appetite for anything that I should have, and when I eat protein I am nauseous for about 15 - 20 min after I eat.
I also need help getting some better protein recipes....we have always eaten a lot of carbs, which I am trying my hardest to stay away from.
Any ideas, please!

Check to see if your library has or can get: "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery"
I took it out before my surgery and liked what I saw, so I bought myself a copy.
It has TONS of what look like great recipes for proteins using eggs, different meats and desserts, etc.
It's worth looking in to for new recipes. I looked back at it last week and bookmarked a ton of pages to try in the next week. I just have to decide what to make and get the right ingredients for it!
