How Often?

How often does everybody weigh in. I weigh myself every Monday. I am trying to stay off the scales other than that. 273/239/150 Marcia

I weigh myself on Monday's also since I had my surgery on a Monday so I know how much I have lost weekly. Beth 301/256/160

I weigh myself on tuesdays,because my surgery was on a tuesday.I weigh myself one time a week.I try to weigh myself the same time every tuesday.

hey Marcia, unfortunately I weight myself daily or every other day and sometimes it makes me crazy and so today I took my scale out of my bathroom so I will try it weekly..it sounds more sensible to do it weekly so I will try that.. thanks for the reminder!!!! 293/252/140 Jean

well let's see... when I got home from the hospital I was weighing daily... by the 3rd week when the stall set in...my daughter put the scale away and wouldn't let me have it...(then she went back to college ) week 5 I called her and she told me where it was hidden...back to daily weighing... week 6 & 7 were happy weeks...pounds were shedding week 8...okay week 9 .. if you pass my house and need a scale...it's on the front lawn from being flung out the bathroom window! I have vowed to weigh in ONLY on Friday's now since that was the day of my surgery Linda

Linda, LOL, I so know what you are talking about. My scale was "stolen" by my mother who was tired of me complaining when two days went by and I hadn't lost any weight. I went through a stall weeks 2 and 3 and boy lets just say it was DISCOURAGING!!! 20 pounds in one week then nothing for weeks after, OUCH. I do occasionaly *sneak*:wink: on the scale while at her house. Marcia

I weigh once a week, usually, but I haven't weighed since last Friday because I have my 2 month check-up tomorrow.....please send :BIG LOSS: VIBES!!!!! ~~em
