I am stuck Ideas please?
I am stuck....... For about 3 weeks now I get down to 235 and go to 240. But can not get past 235 I am going to scream. Yes I know we slow to catch up. But enough is enough..... I get in 65 - 100 of protein. 64 plus in water, I would like to get more but that one is hard for me. I burp so much when I drink..... no I do not snack I eat the way the doc wants. I haveing been swimming since 2 1/2 weeks out. I also run a day care and we are remodeling our house, so activity is not a problem nor has it changed up or down. Any other ideas......Please thanks..
Walking helps me lose weight.. I walk 2 miles aday... If I dont walk I dont lose weight... I know this is starnge but for me it is so.. I also hear that for every 10 -20 pounds you lose you go on a platue...

I remember last week I lost 10 pounds in 2 days. I was shocked.... So you might just lose it all at once over night

I feel your pain!!! I had my surgery 9/19, and have only lost 33 pounds, I was looking at my profile, and i lost 13 in October, 17 in September. I think the best thing to do, and trust me I know how frustrating it is, is stick with the program, if you look at other's profiles, most of them experienced stalls or lost slowly...I knwo for myself I have to get more excercise on a consistent basis. Just wanted to let you know I feel your frstration!!! God bless you on your journey!!
