First Big WOW Moment
I went to the playground with my kids on Saturday after bowling and I PLAYED WITH THEM!!! I didn't just make sure they didn't fall, I carried, ran, climbed, and PLAYED! I even had my son "rescue" mommy from the castle's tower (we were at the awesome play area in Banning park... can't believe they're tearing it down!) I was having so much fun that I was a little disappointed to go when I started seeing my daughter having asthma problems, looked at my watch and realized we had been playing for an hour and a half! WOW! And this is after only 9 weeks... imagine how I'll wear them out next summer!!!! hehe...

PS My asthma is doing a LOT better, got a breathing treatment in and I'm feeling pretty good now, coughing is down to a minimum too, yippie!
I feel very tired, lost so much weight in my face that I can't wear my c-pap mask anymore... not fun. So I'm nto getting the rest I need. I'm thinking I might need to go to the pulmonologist again to get another mask, but can't yet because of insurance restrictions on such things... my dad has a few extra masks he's gonna give me some to try.
As for food... I'm still on a mostly liquid diet... if it weren't for 8 oz of protein shake a day (one scoop per 4 oz of milk for a total of 52 g protein) I wouldn't be anywhere near my protein requirements. But I'm noticing that I still have issues with a lot of things. Right now I'm eating a chef boyardee mini bites pasta shells and meatballs, not the healthiest, but at the same time, not bad 8 g of protein and 210 calories... Doc said I'm the fastest weight loss she'd want to see anyway, so I'm happy with that.... at least for this minute! I'd love food ideas. I am having little to no luck with solids!
