B: protein shake S: nothing L: protein bar ..sometimes only 1/2 S: Sf pudding 1/4 cup D: 1 oz beef jerky Nothing sounds or taste's good to me right now... I would rather not eat and just drink protein shakes..

B- Either a protein shake or scrambled egg. S- nothing L- soup once I tried toasted cheese, ate maybe half s- maybe yogurt- D- what ever is made. chicken, meat, then if I have room potato or veggie. S- yogurt I'm getting between 75-100 grams of protein each day. Sandy

good morning I am 8 weeks out... start of day...either herbal tea or decaf coffee B - hard boiled egg S - string cheese L - lite & fit yogurt S - protein shake D - 1/2 c cream of wheat hot cereal or a scrambled egg w/ cheese or a little chicken S - protein shake b4 bed boy have my eating habits changed! Before Breakfast: water - 10oz B: 1 egg (just white) or 1 oz cheese S: V8 w/ one scoop unflavored Unjury protein L: 3 oz FF refried beans with 1/4 cup cheese S: low carb juice D: 1 oz of whatever meat I prepare or fish, if room, veggie than starch (if any) S: Stallone pudding to up protein #'s for day Lots of water, about 70 oz a day or more paula

Ok...thanks for all of your input! I was worried that I was able to eat too much. My surgeon said I no longer need to measure, to just stop when I am full. It looks as though we are eating about the same amount.
