What are you eating?
good morning
I am 8 weeks out...
start of day...either herbal tea or decaf coffee
B - hard boiled egg
S - string cheese
L - lite & fit yogurt
S - protein shake
D - 1/2 c cream of wheat hot cereal
or a scrambled egg w/ cheese
or a little chicken
S - protein shake b4 bed
boy have my eating habits changed!

Before Breakfast: water - 10oz
B: 1 egg (just white) or 1 oz cheese
S: V8 w/ one scoop unflavored Unjury protein
L: 3 oz FF refried beans with 1/4 cup cheese
S: low carb juice
D: 1 oz of whatever meat I prepare or fish, if room, veggie than starch (if any)
S: Stallone pudding to up protein #'s for day
Lots of water, about 70 oz a day or more
