Hi Celia Love the name! It's my mom's name! I was advised to use the Campbells Healthy Request cream soups. The tomato and chicken... Plus, I added a scoop of unflavored protein powder to it (my portion) to boost its protein up. I also drink/drank chicken and beef broth or bouillion. The cream of chicken has chunks of chicken, so you have to either strain it or just avoid those and not eat them. I bought a package of plastic baby spoons at Walmart. They were a couple of bucks and are for disposable use if wanted. I love them. They let me take small bites, and are dishwasher safe and I use them over and over. Paula

I bought a ton of Campbell's Healthy Choice soups and just strained everything out of them and drank the broth. They really aren't all that bad tasting...I couldn't do boullion...it was way too salty for me (even the low sodium ones)...my favorite is the beef vegetable. I think it's my dogs favorite too as she got the vegies and beef after I strained it good luck and have a good day! Linda
