Calcium Citrate

Hi Erin, I just ordered some Calcium Citrate chewables (cinnamon flavored) from bariatricadvantage.com I also buy a liquid form from the vitamin shop, it comes in all kinds of flavors and it's not bad. I have tried the strawberry and blueberry flavored. The brandname is LifeTime. The strawberry has 600 mg per tablespoon and the blueberry has 750 mg per tablespoon. Both have magnesium. I am looking forward to getting my chewable cinnamon tablets. They have several different flavors at the bariatricadvantage website. Hope this helps. Jan from Northern California coast.

I have found that I can actually buy all my vitamins online at www.puritanspride.com ... they are inexpensive and the shipping is pretty low and I get them 2 days after I order them. I use the Calcium Citrate 200 mg capsules...MUCH easier to swallow than those tablets. I buy my vitamin C, my B-12, my multi-vitamins and they even sell the Biotin (for hair loss) tablets AND shampoo. They seem to be working for me.... hope this helps!!! Linda

hi everyone I my self use to take those big horse pill until my dr told me about Optisource from walgreens online i just take 4 chewable a day and thats it it has everthing inside from the calcium , b12 etc hope this help Judy
