6 Weeks Down 42 Pounds
I am down from 272 -- to 230 I feel great !!!! I am getting all my water in all my protein in All my excercise in. My skin is shrinking really well. My face is getting very thin. My double chin is almost gone.. I feel like a million dollars today.. My depression is getting better... I am sleeping very well. I am off my Cpap I still take heart meds some day I hope to get rid of them as well.

I don't know why this is, but don't be TOO suprised that joining the gym isn't a bit of the shock to your system, and you don't loose too much the first week. To many people I know have had this happen.
But as that lean muscle goes up, so will your metablism, and you'll start to lose even faster! I'm hoping the Gym will keep my north of 4lbs a week!
I too am 6 weeks out. I started at 273 and am now at 239. I am just this week really feeling good. The energy is there... No more problems with my foot that ached daily b4 surgery, no more C-pap, and definately can tell where the weight "is not." Sure can't wait to see how we feel 6 months out...

You are doing wonderful. Keep up the great work... I am off my cpap I am no longer short of breath..... I can really tell in my face stomach and The top hafe of my stomach is now flat, The lower part of still there. I hope I dont need a tt on that time will tell. My walking is really firming up my thighs. Also that helps shrink the waist to. I am feeling better this week to. I have had energy... My walking has goten so good. That I crave walking... I go twice a day. I get my heart going good. It is amazing because I have a weak heart and I think it is improving.. I will find out in jan when I have a echo. I had a heart attack when I was 45
So I think this surgery is the best move I could have done. I am glad your doing so great
