Can we tak viactive soft chews for our daily calcium? Carol

It is recommended that we take a form of Calcium Citrate...and I believe that the form of calcium in the Viactive is Calcium carbonate, which isn't easily absorbed without stomach acids, something we no longer have because of our re-routed stomach... Some surgeons say it's ok...it's up to you and your surgeon... Paula
