Well I did it again. I tried to eat gr beef and it got stuck and I got that pain again. I coudn't get rid of it until I threw up. I ate this the night before with no problem. But this was left overs and it was just to dry. I hate that feeling. Now I know I can't eat meat the second day too dry. I guess its all trial and error. I ended up having protien shake for dinner. I did find something that I can eat. I tried peanut butter and crackers for the first time and they were fine. I guess I have to learn everything the hard way. Carol

Barb, I agree totally...the two times I have gotten sick I think it has been because I haven't chewed well enough. I also find that I get a sick to my stomach feeling if I eat to quickly...I really have to concentrate to slow down...my dh is reminding me, too! ~~em

I can totally relate to ALL of our posts! I think I am getting comfertable with the things that I can eat and starting to feel normal again and in that I start to eat the same speed and chewing habbits I used to and thats where I run into trouble. I have only twice but I get an uneasy feeling occasionaly and I think that it's from eating too fast. It's hard but chew chew chew!!!! I find ground beef and turkey hard to digest. Krista
